Quantity Surveyor Hill International is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project on the North Coast.Responsibilities:Perform quantity take-off and prepare/review BOQsReview and certify contractor payment applications (IPCs)Handle measurement and remeasurement activitiesEvaluate variations and cost impactSupport claims from a measurement and cost perspectivePrepare cost reports and forecastsCoordinate with commercial, contracts, and site teamsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture) or Quantity Surveying7–12+ years of experience in QS / cost managementStrong experience within PMC / Consultant environmentSolid background in BOQ, measurement, IPCs, and variationsExperience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks)Good understanding of FIDIC (commercial aspects)Preferred:PMP CertificationCost estimation / measurement courses📍 Location: North Coast🚍 Accommodation & transportation provided
