We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, quotation comparisons, payment applications, and variation claims. The role also includes reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting site measurements, supporting cost control, and coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good knowledge of construction drawings, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or CostX is an advantage.SkillsAbility to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis.Review project specifications and tender documents.Compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.Prepare interim payment applications and progress claims.Identify, measure, and price variation orders.Support cost control, budget tracking, and project reporting.Conduct site visits to verify completed works.Basic knowledge of contracts, payment terms, and claims.Strong Excel skills; AutoCAD/Bluebeam/PlanSwift/CostX knowledge is an advantage.Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and pricing.
