Key Responsibilities:Recipe Development: Collaborate hands-on with internal chefs to develop and refine recipes across biscuits, bakery, and coffee categories.Lab & Bench Work: Conduct daily lab work, bench-top trials, and prototype testing based on solid food science principles.Scale-Up Support: Transition successful bench prototypes to the factory floor, actively supporting and monitoring factory line trials.Supplier Collaboration: Work directly with raw material suppliers to source ingredients, assess technical specs, and test new materials.Technical Reporting: Draft highly accurate trial reports, documenting parameters, yields, and formulation adjustments. Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on R&D or product development experience in FMCG food manufacturing.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.Skills: Strong overall food science knowledge, practical lab/kitchen skills, and experience with scale-up factory trials.
