Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.Practical experience in product design, R&D, or mechanical engineering.Strong skills in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or similar) and 2D drafting.Real-world understanding of injection molding, assembly design, and manufacturing materials (ABS, PC, PP, etc.).A sharp problem-solver who communicates clearly and works well with different teams.Bonus: Experience with thermal analysis and testing, or CFD.Bonus: Familiarity with ERP systems or software engineering.
