This role exists to assure accuracy, completeness and compliance of financial reporting for Internal and External uses.ROLE PROFILELeading Financial Reporting operations for respective BU/Geographical Areas.Leading and Coordinating Closing and Reporting activities for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Cycles.Responsible for providing the ultimate sign-off for Monthly Closing activities for respective BU/Geographical Areas.Develop and maintain measures of internal control within GS RTR area.Coordination of Process Review and Continuous Improvement Proposals.Review and Approve Manual GL Journals.Monthly and Quarterly analysis of balance Composition and Aging analysis for Balance Sheet and P&L.Review and Approve Reconciliations.Requirements5+ years in financial reporting and accounting operation.University Degree: Bachelor’s degree from a faculty of commerce or equivalent.solid understanding of financial reporting and financial accounting aspects.Strong knowledge of financial system and business intelligence tools.Solid understanding of compliance and internal controls.Experience in process design and process excellence.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
