Job Title: RAN Engineer (Ericsson Vendor)Level: L2Experience: Minimum 5+ yearsTechnical Requirements:* Strong experience in Ericsson RAN systems (2G/3G/4G/5G).* Solid knowledge of Ericsson Radio Base Station (RBS), eNodeB, and gNodeB architecture.* Experience in installation, integration, and commissioning of Ericsson RAN nodes.* Hands-on experience in software upgrades, feature activations, and parameter changes.* Strong troubleshooting skills for radio network issues (coverage, capacity, interference, mobility issues).* Experience with Ericsson OSS (ENM / OSS-RC).* Good understanding of performance KPIs and network optimization techniques.* Ability to analyze and resolve network alarms and faults in live environments.* Experience with drive test tools (TEMS / Nemo / Actix) and log analysis.* Strong knowledge of LTE/5G technologies and optimization strategies.* Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced operational environments.
