Join a family-owned company committed to being environmentally friendly in every aspect of its business, contributing to society, and inspiring trust.-Description of Main ActivitiesPlan and execute raw material procurement based on MRP results (send releases, get order and shipping confirmations, follow up on delays).Analyze RM coverage, reschedule open orders to align with production plans.Periodically check SAP parameters for order releases per supplier agreements.Obtain supplier invoices post-shipment and ensure control of all in-transit parts using the DOH report.Ensure accurate loading of announced quantities to meet original ETA.Confirm loaded trucks from the HUB/suppliers align with schedules and daily follow-up.Ensure coverage based on the weekly report, check weekly orders control, and provide necessary comments and actions.Archive all documents related to quality and quantity claims.Maintain optimum inventory levels, minimize overstock and avoid obsolete stock.Coordinate with project planners for customer increases/decreases and MPS changes.Report material availability issues proactively.Review MRP results regularly to identify risks of production interruption.Communicate critical parts based on the weekly coverage report.Take immediate actions to avoid production shortages.Provide clear analysis of potential shortage risks.Ensure necessary follow-up for loading critical parts with the transport team.Complete transportation forms for special transport needs.Complete internal charge forms with evidence for supplier failures.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.0 ~ 3 years of experience in a related areaSAP knowledgeAt Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone, which extends to all aspects of the employment relationship.We are looking forward to receiving your application and to getting to know you.
