Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, identifying client needs, offering expert advice on property valuations, and negotiating contracts. You will also be expected to stay informed about market trends, maintain relationships with clients, and grow our network of properties. QualificationsPossess a valid Real Estate License to operate as a professional in the fieldDemonstrated expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactionsStrong Sales skills, with the ability to close deals and effectively negotiateExcellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationshipsStrong communications and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with the New Cairo real estate market and trends is an advantageProficiency in using real estate software and digital platforms is a plus
