The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting real estate. Responsibilities include actively prospecting for potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, and negotiating contracts. The role involves staying updated on real estate laws and trends to provide expert guidance to clients. QualificationsPossession of a valid Real Estate License is required.Strong expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales processes.Exceptional Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is highly advantageous.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
