Joining do Estate means working in a client-centered, high-performance environment within the luxury real estate sector.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent / Property Advisor / Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The role involves advising clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, with a focus on high-quality service and long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property tours, preparing presentations, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process. The role also includes performing market research and comparative analyses, listing and marketing properties across various channels, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners (such as developers, banks, and legal advisors). The successful candidate will maintain accurate records in the CRM, attend meetings and property launches, and uphold do Estate’s brand standards in all client interactions.Qualifications Real estate expertise: Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, preferably with experience in New Cairo or similar high-growth urban areas.Licensing and compliance: Valid Real Estate License (or the ability to obtain one as required by local regulations), with a solid understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.Sales and negotiation: Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing transactions while meeting or exceeding targets.Client-focused service: Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a high-end client experience.Communication and presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong presentation skills and professional demeanor. Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Market awareness: Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide data-driven property and investment recommendations.Tools and organization: Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and productivity tools; strong time management and organizational skills.Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in real estate, property consulting, or luxury sales is highly beneficial.
