Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Real Estate Agent at RED, you will focus on assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, liaising with property developers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client needs are met with high-quality service. You will also stay updated on market trends and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real estate processesExperience in Sales and Real Property transactions, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationshipsKnowledge of local real estate markets and familiarity with the property development industryExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using real estate tools and technology is preferredBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage
