The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for activities such as guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes, managing property listings, negotiating contracts, providing informed advice to clients, and offering excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and fostering strong relationships within the community. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate LicenseExpertise in Real Property and general real estate knowledgeProven Sales experience, particularly in the real estate industryStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plusSelf-motivated with the ability to manage time effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate are a plus
