Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role located in Cairo. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties, providing market insights, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored property options, and negotiating agreements to achieve the best outcomes. Qualifications Proficient in Brokerage and Real Estate practices, with an understanding of the industry dynamics and trendsStrong skills in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships and delivering exceptional experiencesKnowledge of Real Property laws, regulations, and transactionsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-focused environmentPrior experience in the real estate or sales industries is an advantageBachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferredFluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
