The Real Estate Sales Agent will identify and qualify prospective buyers and tenants, conduct property viewings, and present suitable residential and commercial options that match client needs and budgets. The role includes maintaining in-depth knowledge of available projects and developer offerings, staying current on market trends, and using data and technology tools to support client recommendations. The agent will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation, closing deals, and supporting clients through contracts and documentation. Daily responsibilities also include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, updating the CRM system, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and representing RED in a professional and ethical manner.Qualifications Strong foundation in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate market knowledge, with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.Valid Real Estate License (where applicable) and familiarity with local real estate regulations, contracts, and basic legal frameworks.Excellent Customer Service and client relationship skills, including active listening, needs analysis, and after-sales follow-up.Solid Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing techniques.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic; strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.Comfort using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and basic office applications to track leads and manage opportunities.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in the Egyptian real estate market is a plus.High levels of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving goals.
