Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role is located in New Cairo. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, providing expert advice on the real estate market, and managing client portfolios. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members and leverage the company’s developer relationships to secure the best deals for clients. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset will be critical for success in this role. Qualifications Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and general Sales practices.Possess or be willing to obtain a valid Real Estate License.Strong expertise in the Real Estate market, including knowledge of property trends and regulations.Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with real estate technology is a plus.Previous real estate experience in Egypt or the Middle East is an advantage.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
