The Sales team member will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct property presentations, and follow up on leads generated through online and offline channels. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, scheduling and attending property visits, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves negotiating offers, supporting clients through the buying or renting process, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure up-to-date listing information.
