The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage a team of real estate agents, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations while supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the company.Qualifications Strong background in Real Estate and Sales with a proven track record of achieving targets Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships Experience in Real Property management and dealing with diverse property portfolios Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
