Real Estate Team LeadLocation: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)About the RoleBrokers Hub is looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Team Lead to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Property Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while developing high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.Recruit, train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.Assign leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.Conduct daily meetings, sales reviews, and pipeline management sessions.Support team members during negotiations and deal closures.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate developers.Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new real estate projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Strong understanding of the Egyptian real estate market.Fluent in Arabic with good command of English.What We OfferCompetitive Basic Salary.Attractive Uncapped Commission & Team Incentives.Leadership Development Programs.Career Advancement Opportunities.Supportive and Collaborative Work Environment.Opportunity to work with Egypt's top real estate developers.
