Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Real Estate Team Leader or Sales Manager. The individual will oversee a team of real estate professionals, guiding and training them to achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing brokerage activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities in commercial Real Estate. The role requires effective team leadership and collaboration with stakeholders to expand market presence and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Proven skills in Team Leadership and Team Management to effectively guide and motivate a sales team.Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate and Brokerage, including deal negotiations and asset management.Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and facilitate effective teamwork.Ability to work independently and thrive under a target-driven environment.Strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.Comprehensive market knowledge and previous experience in Real Estate sales or management roles is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
