The Receptionist & Admin Officer is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and clients. The role also supports internal coordination and event organization.Key Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and handle incoming inquiries.- Greet and assist visitors, providing support and information.- Schedule meetings and manage front desk coordination.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and ensure proper documentation.- Support staff in organizing events, including reception services and document preparation.- Assist in organizing external meetings and events.- Receive courier packages and distribute them accordingly. University degree, preferably in Commerce.Strong communication and customer relations skills.Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).Problem-solving attitude.Teamwork abilities.Good computer skills.
