Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.Assist with basic office tasks and errands.Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers.
