1. Reception Duties :-Scheduling Appointments: Organizing meetings and updating managers' calendars.Call Management: Answering and transferring calls, and responding to basic inquiries.Reception Area Organization: Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the front office and providing factory brochures and necessary tools for visitors.Visitor Log: Recording the data of those entering and exiting to ensure office security.2. Secretarial and Administrative Support:-Receiving Visitors: Greeting clients and guests and directing them to the appropriate office or staff member.Coordinating Job Interviews: Receiving job applicants appropriately and directing them to the relevant department.Correspondence Management: Receiving and sorting daily mail and parcels, delivering outgoing mail, coordinating with shipping companies, and responding to official emails.Filing and Documentation: Organizing paper and electronic files, preparing reports and memos, and performing other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and sending faxes.Meetings: Preparing meeting rooms and taking minutes when required.Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and the inventory of support services, including buffet equipment and supplies, and cleaning equipment and supplies, and working to complete them regularly in coordination with the Director of Administrative Affairs.
