Al Oula Mortgage Finance is hiring a highly motivated and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Ambassador to join our dynamic team!Key Responsibilities:1- Visitor Experience: Greet guests with a positive, helpful attitude and manage check-in procedures to ensure a seamless visit.2- Communication Hub: Handle incoming calls and manage all inbound and outbound correspondence with professionalism.3- Administrative Excellence: Maintain appointment calendars, organize files, and assist with data entry and office supply inventory.4- Safety & Security: Maintain workplace security by managing visitor logs and ensuring a safe environment for all employees and guests.5- Facility Upkeep: Ensure the reception area and common spaces (like meeting rooms) remain clean, organized, and inviting.Job Requirements:Professional Presence: A presentable and professional demeanor is a must.Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.Organization Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of attention to detail.Location: Giza Resident "Preferred"Education: Bachelor’s degree.Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in a front desk or customer service role (preferred).If you’re interested, please send your resume to sgamal@aloula-eg.com or tag someone who might be a perfect fit.
