Role: ReceptionistWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a Receptionist for our Cairo operations based in the Mohandseen area.The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and able to effectively prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the telephone switchboard.Receive, direct, and relay telephone calls and messages.Greet, assist, and direct visitors and clients in a professional manner.Assist with the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.Set up and prepare Microsoft Teams meetings and conference calls.Provide general administrative support as required.Prepare and coordinate courier shipments (DHL and Aramex).Qualifications0–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Well-presented, organised, punctual, and possessing strong communication skills.Ability to handle interactions calmly, efficiently, and professionally.Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.The role requires wearing a blue suit uniform, which will be provided by the company.Working hours: 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM, with Friday and Saturday off.Diversity Equity & InclusionEssential to our success as a Professional Organization is our ability to attract and retain the best talent from a diverse range of backgrounds.
