Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.Support administrative and office management tasks.Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.Assist in preparing reports, documents, and filing records when required. Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle calls and visitors professionally.Good in English is preferred.
