Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.Maintain office supplies and notify management when stock is low.Support the administrative team as needed with day-to-day office operations.
