The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and the public. You will play a critical role in maintaining the firm's reputation by providing exceptional service, managing office flow, and supporting our legal staff with essential administrative tasks.Front Desk Excellence: Greet clients and visitors warmly; manage the reception area to ensure a professional and organized environment.Communication Hub: Manage a multi-line telephone system; screen and direct calls appropriately, and handle general inquiries with discretion and accuracy.Client Intake & Support: Assist in the initial screening of potential clients and ensure all intake forms are handled efficiently and confidentially.Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage the scheduling of conference rooms; coordinate logistics for depositions, client meetings, and firm events.Document Management: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services; assist with the scanning, filing, and organization of legal documents.Office Liaison: Work closely with attorneys and legal assistants to provide administrative backup as needed, ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. 3-7 years of experience
