We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors at our serviced apartment building. The Receptionist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, assisting residents and guests, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay. Guest ServicesWelcome guests, residents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.Provide information about apartment facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation options.Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.Front Desk OperationsManage daily front desk activities and reception area appearance.Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and guest information.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and management teams to ensure guest needs are met.Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures.Administrative DutiesProcess payments, invoices, and receipts as required.Prepare daily reports and update occupancy records.Assist with filing, documentation, and data entry tasks.Maintain office supplies and reception materials.Coordination & CommunicationCommunicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations.Report maintenance issues, guest feedback, and operational concerns to management.Support management with special projects and administrative tasks when required.
