Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor, guiding them to their destinations and announcing their arrivals courteously.Manage incoming calls with professionalism, screening and redirecting them promptly to the appropriate contacts.Direct visitors efficiently to the right personnel and offices, ensuring they find their way seamlessly.Keep our reception area tidy and organized, stocked with necessary supplies and materials to create a welcoming environment for all.Provide accurate information to visitors, callers, and via email, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.Uphold building security protocols by monitoring access through the reception desk, maintaining a detailed logbook, and issuing visitor badges as needed.Foster smooth operations by documenting and communicating any pertinent actions, anomalies, or ongoing requirements to relevant teams. Bachelor's Degree in any related field is preferred.1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Excellent command of both written and spoken English is essential.Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities are a must.Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in tasks and interactions.
