We are seeking a motivated Recruiter for a temporary remote position lasting 3-6 months . This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet the organization’s staffing needs. High level of proficiency in English Language is a MUST 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in both agency and in-house settings Proven success in recruiting for a wide range of roles, particularly mid-to-senior level positions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Familiarity with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop strategic hiring plans Source candidates through a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
