Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.Recruit for positions such as operators, technicians, welders, fitters, electricians, mechanics, drivers, warehouse staff, laborers, helpers, security personnel, and other operational roles.Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including recruitment agencies, social media, job boards, employee referrals, labor offices, technical institutes, vocational schools, and community networks.Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, availability, and cultural fit.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS with candidate information and hiring status.Build relationships with technical schools, vocational training centers, employment offices, and local communities to support continuous hiring needs.Organize and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, mass hiring events, and walk-in interviews.Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements, including medical examinations, background verification, and required documentation.Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and hiring quality.Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and timely employee joining.Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, labor regulations, and equal employment practices.Support manpower planning by forecasting recruitment requirements and maintaining talent pools for recurring operational positions.Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress, recruitment challenges, and market availability. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Steel Fabrication, construction, or industrial Experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment is highly preferred.
