About the RoleThis is an end-to-end recruitment delivery role with a strong focus on sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for active mandates managed by the Dubai team, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process and ensuring a seamless experience from first approach through to offer acceptance.You will also be expected to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders — both hiring managers and internal partners — and to handle offer negotiations with candidates professionally and confidently.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & PipelineExecute targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates for open rolesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated mandates across a range of disciplines and seniority levelsScreen CVs and applications, assessing candidates against role requirements and client briefsConduct initial qualification calls to assess motivation, availability, fit, and salary expectationsCandidate Engagement & SubmissionManage candidates proactively throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, preparation, and feedback at each stagePrepare and present candidate profiles and submission packs to the Dubai team and clients in a clear, professional formatMaintain consistent communication with active candidates to manage expectations, sustain engagement, and prevent drop-offGather and share market intelligence from candidate interactions to inform search strategies and client conversationsStakeholder RelationshipsBuild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Dubai team, hiring managers, client account leads) to ensure alignment on requirements and prioritiesParticipate in regular briefings and review calls with the Dubai team, providing clear pipeline updates and flagging risks or blockers earlyAct as a credible, responsive point of contact for candidates and internal teams alike, representing ManpowerGroup professionally at all timesOffer Management & NegotiationLead offer-stage conversations with candidates, including managing expectations around compensation, benefits, notice periods, and counter-offersWork closely with the Dubai team and clients to structure competitive offers and navigate negotiations to a successful closeManage post-offer engagement to ensure candidates remain committed through to their start date, reducing drop-out riskAdministration & ComplianceMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS/CRM at all timesEnsure all recruitment activity is compliant with ManpowerGroup policies and relevant local labour regulationsContribute to reporting on pipeline status, time-to-shortlist, and offer conversion metricsRequirementsEssential3–6 years of experience in a recruitment delivery within a staffing agencyProven track record of end-to-end sourcing, candidate management, and offer closingStrong stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging with hiring managers and internal partners across geographiesExperience managing offer negotiations, including handling counter-offers and competing opportunitiesProficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM toolsExcellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantageSelf-directed and organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a remote environmentDesirablePrior experience supporting UAE, GCC, or broader MENA recruitment mandatesExperience working within a global or regional matrix organisationWorking ArrangementsFully remote role based in Egypt Core hours aligned to UAE time (GST, UTC+4); availability for morning and early afternoon overlap with the Dubai team is essentialRegular structured touchpoints with the Dubai-based Recruitment Manager and wider team via video callPerformance measured against pipeline contribution, candidate submission quality, offer conversion rate, and stakeholder feedbackWhat We OfferThe backing of a globally recognised brand with deep regional relationships and a strong client base in the UAEA remote-first role with genuine autonomy and clear performance metricsClose collaboration with an experienced Dubai team offering mentorship, clear briefings, and strong client accessCompetitive base salary with performance-linked incentives tied to delivery outcomes
