Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Masr El Gdeida for a Nursery Manager. The Nursery Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining safeguarding practices, managing nursery staff, developing and executing educational programs, and fostering effective communication with parents and guardians. The Nursery Manager will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards and provide a high-quality early learning experience for children. QualificationsExpertise in Nursery Management and familiarity with Nursery operationsStrong knowledge and application of Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children practicesExceptional Communication skills for engaging with parents, staff, and childrenProven leadership and team management capabilitiesUnderstanding of child development and early learning best practicesRelevant certifications or qualifications in early childcare, education, or a related fieldExperience in compliance with local regulatory and health standards is a plusAbility to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment
