As we scale our team, we're looking for a Recruiter to own the hiring process end-to-end — finding the right people fast, without cutting corners on fit.Role OverviewYou'll handle sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring across all departments — from warehouse staff and sales reps to office roles. You'll work directly with the GM and department heads to understand what each role needs and move quickly to fill it.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offerSource candidates across platforms — LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, referrals, and direct outreachScreen CVs and conduct initial phone/in-person interviewsCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managersMaintain an organized pipeline and keep hiring managers updated on statusBuild and maintain a database of qualified candidates for recurring rolesWrite and post job descriptions in both Arabic and EnglishSupport onboarding logistics for new hires (paperwork, first-day coordination) 1–3 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agencyFamiliarity with Egypt's job market and local platforms (Wuzzuf, Forasna, LinkedIn)Strong communication and follow-through — candidates and managers should always know where things standOrganized with the ability to manage multiple open roles at onceExperience hiring for blue-collar, sales, or operations roles is a strong plusBackground in manufacturing, garments, or FMCG is a plus
