This is a full-time Manager-level position where your leadership and expertise will directly shape our future.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a dedicated recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies specifically tailored for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering roles.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to offer acceptance and seamless onboarding.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create compelling job descriptions.Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and attract passive and active candidates.Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate effective interview processes.Drive employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in the engineering market.Analyze recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators to optimize strategies.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.Skills & Technologies: You will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, utilizing your expertise in Human Resources (HR) and advanced Recruitment methodologies. Your strong background in Engineering Recruitment, particularly for Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering roles, will be critical.
