We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in the manufacturing sector and high-volume blue-collar hiring. The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for factory workers, technicians, supervisors, and production staff. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Handle mass hiring projects for factory workers and manufacturing positions.Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and field recruitment activities.Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.Collaborate with factory managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements.Prepare recruitment reports .Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Participate in job fairs and recruitment campaigns when required.
