We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, the ideal candidate will have experience in IT fieldCreate and publish job advertisements across different platformsScreen CVs and conduct phone interviewsCoordinate interviews Build and maintain a strong candidate pipelineFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processPrepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackersTrack hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hireMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Must have experience in IT filed (recruitment technology and software hiring) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
