We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition to support the company's hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Mass Hiring and preferably previous experience within the Gold, Jewelry, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Handle mass hiring projects for operational and technical positions.Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment agencies.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with recruitment targets.Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.Participate in job fairs and recruitment events when required.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.Strong experience in Mass Hiring is a must.Previous experience in the Gold, Jewelry, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector is highly preferred.Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment platforms.
