Recruitment Specialist (Mass Hiring – Blue Collar)

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for production line workers and warehouse staffExecute mass hiring campaigns to meet business manpower requirementsDevelop and maintain multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, field recruitment, etc.)Build and maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing hiring needsCoordinate interviews and hiring procedures with operations teamsEnsure timely deployment of hired employeesPrepare recruitment reports and track hiring KPIs Proven experience in mass hiring (especially blue-collar / industrial recruitment)Strong sourcing network and ability to generate large candidate poolsExperience in manpower outsourcing or industrial sectors is preferredAbility to work under pressure and meet recruitment targetsGood communication and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree
