Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will handle responsibilities such as sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role includes conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing the onboarding process, and facilitating new hire training. The specialist will also work collaboratively with team members to ensure the organization’s workforce aligns with its strategic goals. Qualifications Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing candidates with a strong ability to attract and assess top talentProficiency in conducting Training sessions and onboarding processes for new team membersStrong Communication skills for effectively engaging with candidates, team members, and stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredProven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition roleFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and HR tools is a plus
