Recruitment Specialist

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment records. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Nursing graduates are preferred).Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
