Develop and prepare the annual regional work plan, obtain approval from the Head of the Central Sector, and design monthly implementation programs covering all assigned regional tasks.Participate in developing general policies for the branches within the region in line with the directives of the Head of the Central Sector for Branches.Supervise the preparation of detailed and consolidated budget estimates, review operational plans of regional branches, and monitor their implementation.Evaluate operational performance, identify deviations from targets, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance overall branch performance.Ensure the achievement of the region’s performance targets across all affiliated offices.Support branches in strengthening relationships with governors, local authorities, and community leaders, while maintaining the operational independence of branch managers.Prepare and submit periodic regional reports requested by the Central Sector management within specified timelines.Conduct regular field visits to branches within the region to ensure compliance with procedures, administrative regulations, and service quality standards.Ensure the optimal utilization of human and material resources across all affiliated branches.Supervise and coordinate field visits of the CEO and foreign delegations to branches within the region.Coordinate with the Head of the Central Sector for Branches and the Head of the Exhibitions Sector to develop joint exhibition plans, obtain approvals from the relevant authority, and represent the organization at key events across the governorates. Minimum 10 years of experience in branch operations.At least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.Must be a resident of Upper Egypt (Luxor/Aswan/Qena/Sohag/Red Sea).Experience in organizational management and employee capacity building.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.English proficiency is preferred.
