1. JOB SUMMARYThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships within the assigned region. The role leads and develops the regional sales team, executes commercial strategies aligned with company objectives, and ensures sustainable business development across hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions. The position requires strong leadership, market insight, and a deep understanding of the medical device industry.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES· Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.· Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the assigned territory.· Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and distributors.· Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across public and private healthcare sectors.· Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital decision-makers, and procurement departments.· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify risks and opportunities.· Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.· Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.· Manage regional budgets, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.1.
