JOB SUMMARYThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships within the assigned region. The role leads and develops the regional sales team, executes commercial strategies aligned with company objectives, and ensures sustainable business development across hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions. The position requires strong leadership, market insight, and a deep understanding of the medical device industry.
