Leverage your abilitiesand join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in Oil and Gas industry in Egypt, Cairo Key Accountabilities• Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies for drilling, field operations, and equipment maintenance• Drive AI-enabled forecasting, inventory optimization, and digital supply chain transformation• Manage strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships across GCC, MENA, Europe, and Asia• Oversee field logistics to ensure availability of critical oilfield equipment and materials• Optimize inventory, warehousing, and spare parts availability using digital solutions• Mitigate supply chain risks and enhance resilience across multi-country operations• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and project teams• Lead and develop supply chain teams while promoting data-driven and digital capabilitiesKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Oilfield Services industry• Proven experience working across GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait)• Strong background in managing regional supply chain operations within drilling or oilfield services companies• Previous experience as an Oilfield Engineer or Field Operations Engineer is a strong advantage• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP• Exposure to AI-enabled supply chain planning and analytics tools• Experience with digital supply chain platforms and automation• Knowledge of inventory optimization and predictive maintenance models• Familiarity with supply chain visualization and reporting tools
