Company Description Alameda Healthcare, established in 1999, is a growing regional healthcare network serving patients through multiple facilities and services. The organization is led by experienced medical professionals and is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across its diverse sites of service.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols. The role includes coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, educating patients and families about treatment and post-discharge care, and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records. The Registered Nurse will follow infection control and safety standards, support emergency response as needed, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the unit. The position also involves mentoring less experienced staff, participating in handovers, and maintaining professional development in line with current nursing best practices.Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in good standing, with eligibility to practice in Egypt; bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent required.Solid clinical nursing experience in acute or tertiary care settings, with strong skills in patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.Knowledge of infection prevention, patient safety standards, and relevant clinical protocols, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritizing multiple patients and tasks in a high-acuity environment.Proficiency in maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation and using hospital information systems or electronic medical records.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by patient care needs.CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS or other advanced life support certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in tertiary care, critical care, emergency, or surgical units is highly desirable.Professional, respectful approach to patients and team members, with a commitment to inclusivity, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
