Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain Specialist

We’re simply looking for Regulatory affairs and partner care (Hearing/ENT/Medical Devices industry)Submit and follow up the necessary documents (shipping files, legal approvals, product documentation, etc.…) with the Ministry of Health ( CAPA- Pharmaceutical Affairs Central Administration) and prepare documents and files to match local registration requirementsMeet with the concerned authorities' personnel and committees to finalize all necessary actions in order to push forward the registration/re-registration procedures & Import permits in a timely manner in order to meet launches dates and customers’ demandsWriting and maintaining procedures for regulatory operationsSubmit required licenses for all different ministries and governmental sectorsSend orders and follow up on the shipping state of each orderPrepare reports related to partners' activitiesReporting and documenting work stuffAttend all meetings and training scheduled by the company Bachelor degree ( Faculty of Science, Biomedical Engineering, Agriculture or any relevant education field)Fresh or experienced in the same domainExcellent verbal/written communication skillsFlexible work availability and time split (50% indoor tasks and 50% outdoor tasks)Planning and multi-tasking skillsGood command of the English languageDetails orientedExcellent handling and problem-solving skillsExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Office package)Excellent teamwork skillsSelf-learningSelf-motivationBenefitsRewarding salary packageSocial and medical insuranceCareer path opportunitiesContinuous learning and developing programs
