You will be the face of the company for hundreds of American contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End US Recruitment: Post job ads, source, and screen candidates for technician roles across various US states.High-Volume Interviewing: Conduct frequent initial screenings and interviews via Zoom/Phone to vet technical skills and reliability.Onboarding: Manage HR documentation and guide new hires through the onboarding and training process to ensure they are ready for the field.Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our HR systems and track daily/weekly recruitment KPIs.Collaboration: Work closely with the US operations team to meet aggressive hiring quotas and fill service gaps in real-time.QualificationsExperience: 6 months in HR/Recruitment is a must. Note: This role is specifically designed for early level professionals (maximum 2 years of experience).Language: Must have C1 or C2 English proficiency.
