Location: Mall of Arabia BranchReports To: Head of RenewalsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryThe Telesales Coordinator – Renewal Policies Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing the renewal process of insurance policies through proactive telesales activities. This role focuses on client retention, revenue continuity, and delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination with internal departments and insurance providers.Key ResponsibilitiesContact existing clients to remind them of upcoming policy renewals and secure timely confirmations.Promote and sell renewal policies through professional telesales techniques.Ensure high client retention by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Prepare and present renewal quotations in coordination with insurance companies.Follow up on pending renewals, approvals, and required documentation.Coordinate with underwriting, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.Process endorsements, amendments, and policy updates when required.Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.Monitor renewal deadlines to prevent policy lapses.Achieve monthly renewal and retention targets.Prepare periodic performance and renewal reports for management.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives to enhance portfolio value.Qualifications and RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum of 1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance renewals.Prior experience in insurance brokerage or insurance companies is highly preferred.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Experience using CRM systems and platforms.Familiarity with insurance policies, underwriting procedures, and renewal processes.Knowledge of regulatory requirements, preferably those of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), is an advantage.Language SkillsExcellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.Core CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skills.Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities.Sales-driven with a results-oriented mindset.High level of organization and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Professionalism, integrity, and reliability.Team player with a proactive attitude.
