Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rental Sales Agent located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Rental Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and renting vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction, and conducting sales transactions. Additional tasks include handling inquiries, making reservations, upselling products and services, and ensuring smooth operations at the rental station. Qualifications Experience in car rental services and familiarity with the car rental industryStrong customer service and customer satisfaction skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clientsBackground in sales with the ability to upsell and meet targetsProficiency in using reservation systems and handling transactionsOrganizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusPrevious experience in mobility services or similar fields is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are an advantage
